The Big One - Spicy Cumberland Sausage

Mettrick's use additional ground black & white pepper when compared to our traditional Cumberland sausage.

We then balance this with the subtle flavour of English purple sage, to create a thick and very tasty sausage

The Cumberland is ideal for casseroles and stews.

There are approximately 8 sausages per 500g. Serving suggestion 2 per person.
