High Peak Lamb shoulder steaks make for an easy and delicious meal which the whole family can enjoy any day of the week.

Ideally used in a lamb casserole or hot pot.

Alternatively slow roast and serve with crushed new potatoes and minty peas. 

Suggested Serving size

One chop per person, or 8-10 oz or roughly 225 g per person. Approximately 2-3 steaks per 500g

Basic Cooking Guide

Marinade, seal in a hot pan and then roast for 30 minutes until juicy and tender. Alternatively slow roast for a minimum of 2 hours as part of a casserole or traditional Lancashire hot pot.
