Slowly cooked High Peak Minced Lamb, rich stock, diced vegetables, a minty kick and a topping of creamy mash. Mint is the perfect accompaniment to lamb, bringing our all of its beautiful flavours.

Oven bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes 180/Gas Mark 4
