High Peak Beef

Mettrick's beef is sourced locally from farms in the Peak District and Cheshire.

We use Aberdeen Angus and continental cross heifers from a small number of selected farms. We monitor the animals feed, welfare and environment ongoing.

Animals come direct from these farms, to our own abattoir, and are hung for a minimum of three weeks.

So whether you are looking for a fillet steak for that special occasion, or top quality and great value lean mince for a family meal, our beef is tasty, tender and delicious.
