Italian Pork Steak


Pork steaks marinated in an Italian marinade,  with tomatoes and oregano.

These steaks make for an easy dinner party dish or a quick family dinner.

Suitable oven roasted alone or as part of a casserole with vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

We recommend roughly 8-10oz or 225g per person or one steak per person. 2 steaks will weigh approximately 500g. 

Basic Cooking Guide

Roast for 30 minutes but ideally slow cook on a lower heat for 2-3 hours..
