Pork & Chive Sausage


When we make this sausage we hand slice fresh chive and add this along with a blend of spices, to give this speciality sausage a real fresh flavour.

You can see the chives and fresh spices through the skin, so this sausage not only tastes great but it looks great too. 

Serving Suggestion 

There are approximately 8-10 sausages per 500g. Serving suggestion 2-3 per person.

Basic Cooking Guide

Casserole for 1 hour, or grill or fry for 15 - 20 minutes.
