Pork Fillet


This is a lovely tender cut, can be baked, stir-fried or casseroled with sage & apple.  

Stuff with cheese and pesto for a roasted pork treat that all of the family will enjoy. 

Serving Suggestion

We recommend roughly 8-10oz or 225g per person. 

Basic Cooking Guide

Stir fry for 15 minutes or roast for 30 minutes. Can also be diced up and cooked low and slow in a pork and apple casserole.
