Pork & Leek Sausage


We make these for superb taste but also they look great as the large flakes of leek are clearly visible.

We use fresh leeks and a blend of subtle spices to make this earthy and fresh tasting sausage. 

Perfect for midweek sausages and mash with a rich onion gravy, the leek offers another dimension to this firm family favourite. 

Serving Suggestion 

There are approximately 8-10 sausages per 500g. Serving suggestion 2-3 per person.

Basic Cooking Guide

Casserole for 1 hour, or grill or fry for 15 - 20 minutes.
