We carve the tender fillet from the chicken breast, so it is boneless and requires minimum cooking.

Fillets are useful for grilling or frying whole, or cutting up to stir-fry, casseroles or curries.

Suggested Serving Size

1 per person.

Basic Cooking Guide 

Casserole approximate cooking time 2 hours + on a low heat, or cover & roast on a high heat for 30 minutes turning down and cooking for  a further ten minutes uncovered.
