8oz/225 grams per person as part of a main meal OR 4oz/114 grams per person if the ribs are to be used as an appetiser. 

Basic Cooking Guide

Grill or BBQ until piping hot throughout or bake on a lower heat for 2 hours. 

Suitable for Coeliacs with an intolerance to both gluten and wheat.
