Mettrick's add roast tomato flavours and fresh basil to our traditional pork sausage mix, to create this refreshing sausage which is a light pink in colour. 

Perfect for a summer bbq due to its light and refreshing flavour. 

Perfect served with pasta for an Italian inspired sausage pasta baked dish topped with parmesan cheese. 

Serving Suggestion 

There are approximately 6 sausages per 500g. Serving suggestion 2-3 per person.

Basic Cooking Guide

Casserole for 1 hour, or grill or fry for 15 - 20 minutes.
