Sandwich/Minute Steak


A very thin & lean piece of steak from the topside or first cutting, with no trimmings or fat.

This steak cooks quickly for a tender tasty result. Ideal for steak, onions & mustard sandwiches, or can be cut into strips for stir-frying. 

Suggested Serving Size

8oz or roughly 225g per person.

Basic Cooking Guide

Add to a hot pan, fry for 1-2 minutes. Allow to rest for 1 minute.
