King of the Roast - Boneless Rib of Beef


Boneless rib of beef is a traditional roasting joint for Sunday lunch or any special occasion.

Our ribs are hung for at least four weeks to ensure extra taste and succulence. 

This piece of beef has some internal fat,  which melts in the cooking process, naturally basting the meat and helps to develop the joints deep meaty flavours. 

Suggested Serving Size

A 1kg joint(approx 2lb) will feed 3-4, we suggest roughly 8oz (250g) per person. Available up to 2.5kg. 

Basic Cooking Guide

 Pot Roast - roast in oven at Gas Mark 4 - 5/180ºC/350ºF for 30 - 40 minutes per lb (0.45kg) + 30 - 40 minutes.
