Pie Cooking Guide

Hot Eating Pies 

The below guide is for our Large Pies

For Medium reduce time by 10 minutes

For Buffet increase by 20 minutes. 

Baked 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 4) 
  2. Place your of the pie in to your preheated oven
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the pastry has browned.
  4. Once browned, take your pie our of the oven and ENJOY! 

Unbaked  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (Gas Mark 4) 
  2. Place your of the pie in to your preheated oven
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the pastry has browned.
  4. Once browned, take your pie our of the oven and ENJOY! 

From Frozen  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (Gas Mark 4) 
  2. Place your of the pie in to your preheated oven
  3. Bake for 50-55 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the pastry has browned.
  4. Once browned, take your pie our of the oven and ENJOY!
