T Bone Steak


If you can’t decide between a fillet and a sirloin then this gives you best of both worlds.

This steak has a good marbling of fat and is a big steak full of flavour for those meat lovers. 

The T-bone is considered one of the highest quality gourmet steaks due to it's large size and the fact that they contain two of the most prized cuts of beef - the sirloin and the fillet. 

Suggested Serving Size 
We recommend one whole steak per person, we aim to cut our steaks around the 500g mark, ensuring your steak is big enough to be eaten alone, for those with even the meatiest of appetites.
