A whole chicken quarter including ribs and wing.

The whole chicken breast will produce a deeper flavour than a filleted breast when used in a casserole.

Alternatively coat in oil, salt and pepper and bake for tasty crispy chicken pieces. 

Ask for a French trim in your order comments, for a sophisticated looking roast chicken. 

Suggested Serving Size 

1 per person.

Basic Cooking Guide 

Casserole approx cooking time 2 hours + on a low heat, or roast on a high heat for 30 minutes turning down for  a further ten minutes for crispy chicken pieces.
