Beef Brisket Boned & Rolled


A well-flavoured and less expensive beef joint, ideal for a slow cooked Sunday.

Also ideal for pot-roasting, braising or boiling. 

This is the joint which is suitable for pressed beef and salt beef.

Suggested Serving Size 

 A 1kg joint(approx 2lb) will feed 3-4, we suggest roughly 8oz (250g) per person.

Basic Cooking Guide

Pot roast in oven at Gas Mark 4 - 5/180ºC/350ºF for 30 - 40 minutes per lb (0.45kg), then add an additional 30 - 40 minutes.
