Chicken Fillet Roast, with Sage, Onion & Pork Sausage.


This chicken fillet is stuffed with a sage & onion stuffing and one of our award winning pork sausages, before being wrapped in our hand cut dry cured streaky bacon.

As the fillet cooks, juices from the sausage and bacon combine with the stuffing and juicy chicken meant to create a tasty dish for all the family.

Hand made for you by our team of butchers, simply pop this in the oven and wait, or serve with potatoes and creamy pepper sauce if desired. 

Serving Suggestion

1 per person (one fillet roast weighs roughly 250g). 

Cooking Guide

Wrap in foil individually, cook on 180ºC/350 F/Gas 4 for 30 minutes, then open the foil for a final 10 minutes to crisp the bacon wrapped around the chicken. Ensure centre is piping hot before serving.
