John Mettrick has been awarded the title "Master Butcher", one of only ten accolades in the UK.
The title recognises John's commitment to mastering the art of butchery to an exceptional standard.
When giving the award, particular Mention was given to Johns commitment & understanding of the Supply chain, and his close relationship with all elements of the supply process from farm to customer.

I loved that NY Mag piece, too. I personally have to vouch for Florence Meat Market. I go out of my way to make it there if I need sueoirs quality meat, or something that might be difficult to find. They’re great.
