Boneless Turkey Crown/Breast


Mettrick's turkey breast joint is ideal as an alternative roasting joint, especially when you don't need a full bird.  

These turkey crowns are taken from stag birds that have a layer of fat under the skin that will prevent the meat from drying out during roasting. 

These joints are very easy to carve and there is very little wastage.

Suggested Serving Size

For a boneless turkey crown, please allow  250g per person.
