This chicken fillet is stuffed with Chorizo sausage, before being wrapped in our hand cut dry cured streaky bacon, topped with peppers and glazed with a spicy sauce

Hand made for you by our team of butchers, simply pop this in the oven and wait, or serve with potatoes and creamy pepper sauce if desired.

Serving Suggestion

1 per person (one fillet roast weighs roughly 250g).

Cooking Guide

Wrap in foil individually, cook on 180ºC/350 F/Gas 4 for 30 minutes, then open the foil for a final 10 minutes to crisp the bacon wrapped around the chicken. Ensure centre is piping hot before serving.
