The same cut as Pork loin, but this time on the bone

This is a succulent, popular roasting joint.

Very suitable for those wanting a smaller joint, as it is narrow and very easy to carve.

Serving Suggestion

We recommend roughly 8-10oz or 225g per person.  

Minimum joint 1kg, please select higher quantity for bigger joints/more than one. 

Basic Cooking Guide

Roast at 375ºF/190ºC/Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 minutes per lb (0.45kg) plus 30 minutes.  Minimum cooking time 2 hours.
