Boneless Shoulder of Lamb


Boneless shoulder with the fat and grissel removed, is simplicity itself.

The shoulder is rolled into a joint and available between 1-2kg.

Best for cooking low & slow, this joint will give you a melt in the mouth texture. 

Suggested Serving Size

A 1kg joint(approx 2lb) will feed 3-4, we suggest roughly 8oz (250g) per person. Available up to 2kg. 

Basic Cooking Guide

We recommend that you cook this joint low and slow, at 150C/130C/gas 2 for a minimum of three hours, checking regularly and basting, ensuring the meat is beautifully tender before serving.
