This chicken fillet is stuffed with grated Mozarella before being wrapped in our hand cut dry cured streaky bacon and glazed with pesto 

Serving Suggestion

1 per person (one fillet roast weighs roughly 250g). 

Cooking Guide

Wrap in foil individually, cook on 180ºC/350 F/Gas 4 for 30 minutes, then open the foil for a final 10 minutes to crisp the bacon wrapped around the chicken. Ensure centre is piping hot before serving.
